The world’s second largest private yacht, following the 180m mega yacht AZZAM, ECLIPSE yacht is a breath-taking 163,5m (536’) vessel, built by Blohm + Voss of Hamburg, Germany. Giga yacht ECLIPSE, which cost has been estimated at €980 million, delivered to Russian businessman Roman Abramovich on 9 December 2010. Superyacht ECLIPSE has been entirely designed by Terence Disdale Design. She boasts two helicopter pads, 24 guest cabins, two swimming pools, several hot tubs, and a disco hall, in addition to three launch boats and a mini-submarine that is capable of submerging to 50 metres.

According to Forbes, Abramovich’s net worth in 2015, was US$ 9.1 billion (2015). This makes him the 12th richest person in Russia and the 137th richest person in the world.
